staff was nice and attentive and forgave us for loosing the keys, hotel very safe
great hotel with private parking and decent rooms. It was nice to have secured parking, the pool is nice too. There are options within a walking distance and is not far from Malecon and other areas

Hard to find. The pool was not open. The room was clean and comfortable yet sparse. The cost was reasonable since October is the beginning of the tourist season.
Mazatlan is a very "touristy" place, when we were going to check in though 2 people were having a drug transaction Also there was gunshots at night so not a very safe place but lots of places to go to. The aquarium was great and the museums/observatories were nice
